Davis v. Fresno USD Appeal Denied

The California Supreme Court yesterday denied hearing the appeals in Davis v. Fresno USD, relating to Lease-leaseback (LLB) design/build projects.  They also denied the petition to depublish the case, which means the Appellate Court decision is public and may set precedent.  The Appellate Court defined the parameters of the law
