School District Membership
SSDA is a professional organization that continues to be a strong voice and an effective advocate for the needs and interests of small school districts (under 5000 ADA) throughout the state of California. SSDA has assisted many small school districts with school bus replacement procedures, site block grants, deferred maintenance hardship grants, and school facility modernization projects.
These resources range from monthly newsletters, regional workshops, an annual conference, and various programs that provide professional development services to small school district staff. SSDA also works with other associations and private businesses to support the specific needs of small school districts.

School District Membership enrollment includes the Superintendent and his/her Board of Education Members. Associate Membership is available to businesses and associations providing services that assist small districts in a variety of areas ranging from building construction to legal personnel issues.
By becoming an Associate Member of SSDA your company acquires immediate access to the Superintendents and Trustees in these districts. The benefits of advertising, engaging in conferences, workshops and sponsorship opportunities are increasing for both District and Associate Members alike.
