Knights Ferry School District is seeking a long-term dedicated Superintendent/Principal to lead our educational institution with a strong focus on both financial stewardship and academic excellence. In this dual role, you will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations, budgeting, and resource allocation of the district, ensuring that financial goals align with educational objectives. As the educational leader, you will spearhead curriculum development initiatives, staff professional development, and student achievement strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, promoting and implementing long-term strategic plans like the LCAP.
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships is at the core of this position. The ideal candidate will actively engage with the school staff, parents, and the local community to create a supportive and inclusive educational environment. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively convey the district's vision and goals to stakeholders, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
