SSDA’s annual Summer Conference in Newport Beach offers small and rural superintendents a retreat-style setting to connect, collaborate, and share leadership best practices that support statewide district success.

Elevat-Ed Forum for New Superintendents

The Elevat-Ed Forum is SSDA’s premier leadership program designed for new and aspiring superintendents. It supports educators who are either applying for superintendent roles or have been in the position for less than three years, offering tailored guidance and development to help them lead with confidence and success.

SSDA hosts three roundtable meetings throughout the school year to support small and rural school district leaders. These include the Superintendent Roundtable, the CBO Roundtable, and the Executive Assistant Roundtable.
